Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Metaphysical Supply, we want you to love every item you receive. We understand that sometimes a product might not align with your energy or expectations, and we’re here to make your return or exchange as smooth as possible.

Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive and fulfilling experience when shopping with us. This policy outlines how to return or exchange an item purchased from MetaphysicalSupply.com in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Your item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to their nature:
Crystal and gemstone specimens (as each piece is unique)
Opened incense, oils, herbs, or consumable items
Personalized or custom-made jewelry
Sale, clearance, or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email hello@metaphysicalsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and send you return instructions.
Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (depending on your preference).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing our spiritual goods, but sometimes items can be damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@metaphysicalsupply.com.
Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please note that natural variations in crystals, stones, and handmade goods are not considered defects. Each piece is unique, carrying its own energetic imprint.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you used a gift card or store credit, your refund will be reissued as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value if available.
To request an exchange:

Indicate the item you’d like in exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose store credit instead.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
8. International Orders
For international customers:
You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
We cannot reimburse return shipping costs for international orders unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
9. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows a delivery but you did not receive your package:
Please contact your local carrier first.
If it cannot be located, email hello@metaphysicalsupply.com and we will assist you with filing a claim or reshipment where possible.
